1) AgreementBy using song-gift.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2) Service descriptionWe provide custom, personalized songs as a digital product. You submit details (facts, preferences, reference links), and we create and deliver a finished audio track.
Our creation process may use AI-assisted tools and human curation/editing.
3) Your responsibilitiesYou agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and you have the right to share it.
• You will not submit illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content.
• You will not request copying a specific artist “1:1” or provide instructions intended to violate copyrights.
• 4) Creative expectationsWe aim to match the genre/vibe and incorporate your details, but creative results are subjective.
• We may decline or cancel orders that include prohibited content or unreasonable requests.

5) Packages, revisions, and scopeEach package includes a defined scope (versions/revisions). Unless explicitly stated:

• Basic / As-Is: delivered as-is, no revisions.
• Standard / Most Popular: includes limited revision rounds.
• Premium: includes more revisions and/or variations.

A “revision round” means one message containing a clear list of requested changes.
Major changes that redefine the concept (e.g., new story, new style direction) may require an additional fee.
6) DeliveryDelivery timelines vary based on workload and package priority. We will provide an estimated timeline or communicate it by email.
Delivery is digital (typically via email).
7) Digital product policyBecause our work is custom and delivered digitally, you acknowledge that once production begins or delivery occurs, cancellation and refunds may be limited (see Refund Policy).
8) Intellectual property and usageUpon delivery, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the song for personal purposes (gifting, sharing with friends/family, personal social posts).
You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the song as a commercial product,
• Claim authorship of our production process,
• Use it in a way that violates others’ rights.

9) Third-party servicesWe may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, AI tools). Their terms may also apply. We are not responsible for outages or disruptions caused by third parties.
10) Limitation of liabilityTo the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
11) Governing lawThese Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
